SmartDebit achieved an ‘Excellent’ rating across all five areas of the BACs inspection, including Bureau Organisation and Financial Information, Physical Security, Computer Operations, Applications and Systems Support, and BACs Processing and Operations.
The audit also confirmed that SmartDebit’s offices are refurbished to a high standard in terms of security, whilst also assessing that all computer operations were secure, competent and up-to-date.
