QMS surveyed Active Digital clients on the customer experience, including staff performance, knowledge, products and services.
Following the survey results, Active Digital was awarded the Diamond BenchmarQ Award for Customer Satisfaction after achieving an outstanding overall result of 93%. Furthermore, all clients who took part in the survey commented that they ‘happily recommend Active Digital to other businesses’.
