Enventure Technology Appoints New Chief Technology Officer

NH, U.S.A. (21 January, 2011) Enventure Technology Services, a leading Engineering and SupplyChain services provider to global corporations, has brought on board, Mr. Mark Roy Mathias as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

The CTO’s role at Enventure is central to the development of technology within the company, and will mainly involve decision-making for researching, developing and applying new and emerging technologies. Mr. Mathias will lead the electronic hardware design services practice at Enventure, with specific focus on embedded technologies, FPGA design and core product development.

As a leading provider of services to major corporations around the world, Enventure Technology implements the latest developments and technologies into their diverse range of engineering services, such as system design, FPGA design, CAD Design, embedded software development and PCB layout, apart from mechanical design and CAD design services. The new CTO will play a vital role in current customer engagements, as well as for new and upcoming customer projects.

With an electronics engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras and a Masters in Computer Science degree from the University of Maryland College Park, USA, Mr. Mathias has a long and illustrious career spanning over 30 years, in the field of electronics system design and product development.

Prior to joining Enventure, Mr. Mathias co founded Ncore Technologies, where he managed the hardware development of the initial Simputer prototype in 2000. He has also since managed the development of several variants of the Mobilis and Simputer product family. Mr. Mathias is also the first recipient of the ‘Dewang Mehta Award for Innovation in Information Technology’, from the Govt. of India.
