Currently, Sofaland offers customers two delivery options: professional 2-Man Delivery, whereby delivery is guaranteed within 15 working days by a professional delivery team who brings the sofa into customers’ homes, assembles the product and removes all recyclable packaging, and Pallet Delivery, which is a kerbside pallet option available on certain sofas which assures delivery to customers’ doorsteps within 2-4 working days (subject to stock availability).
However, as of March 2013, a new Express service will be launched in which Sofaland’s 2-man delivery teams will guarantee to deliver customers’ sofas to the ground floor of their homes within one working week of the furniture arriving in stock.
