5G Communications Are Evolving

Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom (May 20, 2010)5G Communications, a leading provider of business broadband, mobile and on hold marketing solutions in the UK today, are starting to see the results from their 5G EVOLUTION programme.

5G Communications embarked on their EVOLUTION programme in September 2009, which was essentially an exercise in continual process improvement and leadership development. Their model for the programme has stemmed from the Lean Six Sigma methodology originally developed by Motorola in 1981.

The programme was created to try and eliminate errors in the manufacturing process through key quality managerial methods. The end goal revolves around removing processes and defects that don’t meet the specifications of the end-user and 5G Communications are already using it to great effect to improve their quality of service in delivering world class telecommunications services and products to their customers.

“This has been a deep, long-term project that the company has embraced and is positively using to great effect,” comments a spokesperson for 5G Communications. “We’re already seeing the benefits of our hard work and would like to thank everybody involved who has effortlessly grasped EVOLUTION’s teachings and are now employing them on a day-to-day basis. We’re still working hard to ensure that EVOLUTION is a key part of the way the business thinks and look forward to reaping the rewards both in productivity and customer satisfaction.”
