The China RoHS directive places restrictions on manufacturers of Electrical and Electronic Equipment Manufacturers, preventing them from placing electrical and electronic equipment with high levels of hazardous substances in the Chinese market. Though in some ways similar to the EU RoHS, there are a number of variances with China RoHS, and this is an area that Enventure’s senior compliance consultants have expertise in.
